Maria Marra – Director of 16 Pine Street & Headquarters Plaza

Maria has her BA in Education and is a certified teacher who joined Cradles as a teacher of our Pre-K program. After several years in the classroom, Maria moved into our Director’s position and has remained in that position for more than 15 years. Her enthusiasm for her role as an educator has brought many creative ideas and additions to our program. Maria values open communication which helps her to understand and provide the individual needs of our families.

Administrative responsibilities include center tours and enrollment, curriculum, record keeping, state regulation compliance, creation and implementation of new programs, extra-curriculum coordination, staffing, parent communication and overall center maintenance.

Debbie Ramrattan – Director of Headquarters Plaza

Debbie joined Cradles as a Pre-K teacher more than 10 years ago. She has her BA in Sociology, she has taught our Kindergarten program for 4 years and after spending many years as an Assistant Director, Debbie is the Director of our Headquarters Plaza location. Debbie has a passion for education. She is amazed with a child’s ability to learn. Debbie enjoys creating an environment for her families that allows her to work with them to meet all of their needs.
